New, urgent booking for South East London PCT - band 6 dietitian required for a full time post.

Brief job description:
TO COVER THE ADULT CASE LOAD WITHIN THE HOME ENTERAL NUTRITION TEAM, REVIEWING PATIENTS ACROSS LAMBETH SOUTHWARK AND LEWISHAM. TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM. THE POST HOLDER WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF ENTERAL NUTRITION. THE POST HOLDER WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
