Salary: c£50k (dependant upon experience) + excellent benefits

Due to continued business growth, PepsiCo is seeking to strengthen its nutrition expertise in two key areas – Fruit and Vegetables and Dietary understanding, and is seeking two experienced and self-motivated people to work closely with the business in the US and globally to realise key business goals.

Candidate:

• Degree in Nutrition or in a related subject, a postgraduate qualification highly desirable.
• Experience of working within industry and/or research with demonstrable business acumen
• Developed nutritional understanding in either Fruit/Vegetable nutrition or strong dietary knowledge
• Ability to work cross functionally and internationally
• Ability to work well independently but also as part of a diverse and cross functional team
• Experience of  devising and implementing nutrition policy within diverse business environments

Role:

• Providing advice and support to R&D, marketing, regulatory and corporate affairs
• Assessing new and existing products across the product portfolio from a nutrition and health perspective
• Represent the business externally within trade bodies and industry/special interest groups
• Provide accurate and timely nutrition counsel to colleagues and the business
